Within one week of our consultation we will send you a complete proposal for the services Brocade Events will provide based on the direction given from you. Once you have accepted our proposal and contracted the services of Brocade Events we are off and running.

The Telephone Consultation
This service is complimentary and relaxed. Through a personal conversation we are able to assess what level of service you may need and how Brocade Events can best assist you with your event. If you decide to retain our services, we would then schedule an initial consultation
The Initial Consultation
Ideas, Inspriration and Fun.This meeting is designed to get into the details of your event - we go through our portfolio, books and magazines so that we are better able to understand the look and feel that you are envisioning.

Event Production
Brocade are at your event to direct and coordinate all of the logistics and intricate details. We confirm deliveries and load in schedules, oversea vendor responsibilities, execute the event schedule and tend to any challenge that may arise during the course of the event.
Our goal is to ensure that you are a guest at your own celebration!
